Returns & Refunds

All WUAVERSE products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced specifically after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WUAVERSE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
