Welcome to WUA! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WUA. WUA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and order services, in order to provide you, our customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). WUA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms” or “Terms of Service”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that products purchased from us are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the shipping carrier.

The Shopify name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

WUA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with WUA.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and WUA, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased from us.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with WUA.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by such failure.

We may control the defense and settlement of any claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, provided that we will not settle any claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

You agree to cooperate in the defense of any indemnifiable claim, including by providing relevant documents.
